What to Expect

Wayside meets every Sunday at 9:00 am for Bible Fellowship (Sunday School) and our main Service is at 10:30 am.  We also have an evening service at 6:00 pm and Wednesday night service at 6:15 pm.

Each week we want you to be able to experience the great music, encouraging messages and friendly people that are a part of the Wayside experience. And we know that your first time at a church, any church, brings up some questions. How do I get there… what should I wear… what’s available for my kids… what should I expect in church?

How do I get there?
Wayside is located at 7701 SW 98th Street, Miami, Florida. See our Map & Directions Page for more information.

What should I wear?
We’re more concerned with meeting your real life needs than with what you wear. Most people will dress in semi-casual weekend attire, so dress how you feel comfortable and you’ll fit right in.

Where should I park?
Wayside has guest parking in the front (South Side) of the church but it fills up fast.  There is more parking available in the North lot located behind the church at the back of our campus.



What's available for my kids?
We have an excellent kid's experience called Kidz Worship. As soon as you walk in the building, our greeters will help you find everything you need for a great family experience.The children’s programs are located on the 2nd floor of the center wings of the education building.

What should I expect in church?
From the moment you walk in the doors at Wayside, you'll be made to feel at home. Our greeting team will help you find anything you need, including Kidz Bible Zone (during the Bible Fellowship hour), Kidz Worship (during the Sunday morning worship service) or our Nursery / Preschool area. After checking in your kids, proceed to the Worship Center where our greeting team will welcome you and help you secure a seat so you aren’t stressed out trying to find an open space.
 
Complete the communication tear-off sheet.
There is a communication tear-off sheet in our worship guide. This is our way to communicate with you. We will never single you out during the service. This sheet is our way of getting to know you better. You can complete as much information as you feel comfortable and turn it in when the offering plates are passed at the end of the service.  Our church is supported by our faithful members and we ask that you not feel obligated or pressured to give.
