What to Expect

Wayside meets every Sunday at 9:00am and 11:55am for Worship for Youth and Adults. In between our two services, small groups meet at 10:30am for Bible Fellowship (Sunday School).  We also have evening Bible studies and ministries on Wednesday nights beginning at 7:00pm (with a church-wide dinner offered from 5:30 to 6:45 pm).

For Preschoolers and Children the schedule is a bit different, but covers the same time frame - they have Kidz Bible Groups at 9:00am and 11:45am, and Kidz Worship at the 10:30am hour.

Each week we want you to be able to experience the great music, encouraging messages, and friendly people that are a part of our church family here at Wayside. We know that your first time at a church, any church, brings up some questions. How do I get there… what should I wear… what’s available for my kids… what should I expect?

How do I get there?
Wayside is located at 7701 SW 98th Street, Miami, Florida. See our Map & Directions Page for more information.

What should I wear?
We’re more concerned with meeting your real life needs than with what you wear. Most people will dress in semi-casual weekend attire, so dress how you feel comfortable and you’ll fit right in.

Where should I park?
Wayside has guest parking in the front (South Side) of the church but it fills up fast.  There is more parking available in the North lot located behind the church at the back of our campus.



What's available for my kids?
We have an excellent kid's experience called Kidz Worship. As soon as you walk in the building, our greeters will help you find everything you need for a great family experience.The children’s programs are located on the 2nd floor of the center wings of the education building.

What should I expect in church?
From the moment you walk in the doors at Wayside, you'll be made to feel at home. Our greeting team will help you find anything you need, including the Kidz Bible Zone or our Nursery/Preschool area. After checking your kids in, proceed to the Worship Center where our greeting team will welcome you.

There is a Connection Card in our worship guide. This is our way to communicate with you. We will never single you out during the service. This sheet is our way of getting to know you better. You can complete as much information as you feel comfortable and turn it in when the offering plates are passed at the end of the service. Our church is supported by our faithful members and we ask that you not feel obligated or pressured to give.
