It's what we call our capital fund-raising campaign to accomplish some visionary projects in order to expand our ministry and influence in Miami. We are believing God for over a million dollars above and beyond our regular tithes and offerings in order to accomplish this work.
Café and Christian Resource Center
We are planning to begin the process of building a Café / Bookstore in the beginning of 2010.This facility will provide an avenue for our members to bring their guests before and after services as well as during the week.It’s our vision to see this used for accountability / prayer groups as well as other small group discipleship gatherings.Our bookstore will also provide the best in Christian literature along with evangelistic resources and message CD’s.
Children’s and Preschool Wing Transformation
This is more than just a renovation—it’s a complete transformation of our Children’s and Preschool wings.Studies show that 80% of all people who will ever come to know Christ do so before the age of 12.Ministry to our children is the greatest investment we can make as a church.Our vision is to create a state-of-the-art facility that rivals what kids enjoy with Nickelodeon or Disney World—all here at Wayside!We want our children’s programming to be the best hour of a kid's week where they are fully engaged in learning God’s Word and growing by Biblical principles.
