We call our Guest Services "First Impressions" because that is exactly what we hope to create--a great first impression on those who set foot onto our campus for the first time.
The First Impressions Team consists of volunteers who are the face and heart of Wayside Baptist Church, making sure all of our guests and members feel welcome, comfortable, and informed.
How to Get Involved?

Front Door Host/Hostess
Formerly known as Greeters, we have hosts and hostesses who greet people each Sunday morning. They are cheerful people who want to make a great First Impression and let people know we love them. We especially want to encourage new partners to become hosts or hostesses.
Parking Greeters
We are adding a ministry at Wayside of greeting people beginning in the parking lot. Our desire is to greet people from the parking lot to the pew. We would love to have people guide our guests to special parking and direct them to the inside host and hostess.
